Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assessment of patient functioning, development of treatment programs, provision of patient treatment, and education of the patient as it relates to physical/functional abilities and injury prevention.
Striving to promote teamwork in and out of the office, establishing and maintaining communication with patients, families, and health team members
Performing patient tests, measurements and evaluations and recording findings to aid in developing and/or revising specifics of the treatment program or training program
Performing patient treatment with the following techniques: diversified adjusting, F&D, ART, IASTM, exercise, dry needling, etc.
Instructing, motivating, and assisting patients to achieve their goals
Recording patients' treatment, response, and progress daily using web-based EHR
Completing documentation requirements and billing procedures in a timely manner per clinic policy
Updating treatment plan and/ or reevaluating patients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Licensure/Certification:
Licensed as a Chiropractor by the state of New Hampshire
Certification in Active Release Techniques (preferred)
Certification in Strength and Conditioning or Personal Training (preferred)
